At Trenbe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fashion purchase, which is why we offer a seamless 14-day return policy for all eligible items. Please ensure that all products remain in their original condition with all designer tags and security seals intact to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Trenbe account, navigate to 'Order History', and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring all authenticity cards and dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, removing any previous delivery stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our quality control team verifies the item.
